John is a skilled media professional with over 20 years of experience in marketing and advertising. As the owner of Target Media, John is responsible for the development of innovative advertising strategies that generate results for our client partners. His expertise led him to great success in the credit union industry where after executing a strong program educating the public on how and why they could join a credit union, Target Media was named as the preferred media buying partner to more than 500 member credit unions. He has extensive knowledge and relationships within the credit union industry and has worked directly with the Pennsylvania Credit Union Association and other financial institutions in the Mid-Atlantic region over the past 8 years. John has deep client relationships and has led some of the agency’s largest accounts due to his understanding of client needs and his ability to deliver. His leadership and experience have been critical to the growth of the agency.
Prior to becoming a partner at Target Media, John held various top-level management positions for Cumulus Radio and Universal Media, and oversaw and directed marketing programs for HERSHEYPARK Arena/Stadium and Hershey Bears Hockey Club. John’s professional success is attributed to cultivating outstanding client relationships and providing extraordinary service to each of our client-partners. In the community, John serves on the Big 33 Scholarship Foundation Board, and he and his family have been very involved in supporting Children’s Miracle Network charities. He is a graduate of Shippensburg University.

Chris comes to the team after over 20 years in senior sales/marketing and operations management with Hershey Entertainment and Resorts and a seven year assignment as president & CEO of the PA Dutch Convention and Visitors Bureau. He is tasked with overseeing the growing operations of the firm to ensue overall client satisfaction and quality product delivery. He also brings a strong knowledge of marketing, advertising, public relations and media buying to the firm.
He is a graduate of Penn State Harrisburg and is Past President of the Alumni Society Board of Directors and served on the Penn State Harrisburg Board of Trustees. He also was appointed to the Penn State Alumni Council and currently serves on the Derry Township School Board as vice president.

A Certified Marketing Director, Crisis Communicator and Innovation Strategist with more than 20 years marketing experience, Joanna has been with Target Media since 2007 where she has led teams and directly managed accounts such as Sprint, Pennsylvania Credit Union Association, University of Florida, AAA Mid-Atlantic and SECU. She is the fulcrum between client services and the media buying departments of Target Media guiding strategies grounded in research and strong collaboration with client-partners.
Recently, Joanna was tasked with heading-up the Target Digital division of Target Media to provide a 360-degree view of how traditional media interplays with new and emerging media channels.
Her background includes writing comprehensive marketing plans; building and balancing budgets; and developing tactical public relations. Implementing corporative initiatives and guiding strategic advertising and creative processes has served her well in seeing the media planning process from the client’s perspective.

Rachael is responsible for mentoring our team of Media Buyers/Planners and Coordinators. She oversees all research, development, and implementation of traditional media - Television, Radio, Outdoor, Transit, Print and Non-traditional marketing.
Rachael brings with her a wealth of knowledge from 8+ years of experience in strategic development, negotiation and execution of media plans. She has negotiated media in 35+ buying markets as well as nationally. She has also worked with clients in a wide range of verticals including Healthcare, Higher Education, Telecommunications and Retail.
Rachael studied Business at Elizabethtown College. In her personal time she enjoys travelling, cooking/eating, skiing and spending time with her large family.
