John is a skilled media professional with over 20 years of experience in marketing and advertising. As the owner of Target Media, John is responsible for the development of innovative advertising strategies that consistently generate results for their client partners. His leadership and experience have been critical to the growth of the agency. The company’s expertise and partnerships span across numerous business verticals including, financial, higher education, healthcare, telecommunications, entertainment, travel, retail and services.
Prior to becoming a partner at Target Media, John held various top-level management positions for Cumulus Radio and other media advertising agencies, and oversaw and directed marketing programs for HERSHEYPARK Arena/Stadium and Hershey Bears Hockey Club. In the community, John serves on the Big 33 Scholarship Foundation Board, and he and his family have been very involved in supporting Children’s Miracle Network charities. He is a graduate of Shippensburg University.

Chris comes to the team after over 20 years in senior sales/marketing and operations management with Hershey Entertainment and Resorts and a seven year assignment as president and CEO of the PA Dutch Convention and Visitors Bureau. He is tasked with overseeing the growing operations of the firm to ensue overall client satisfaction and quality product delivery. He also brings a strong knowledge of marketing, advertising, public relations and media buying to the firm.
A graduate of Penn State Harrisburg, Chris is the past President of the Alumni Society Board of Directors and has served on the Penn State Harrisburg Board of Trustees. He also has been appointed to the Penn State Alumni Council and currently serves on the Derry Township School Board as vice president.

Rachael is responsible for mentoring our team of Media Buyers/Planners and Coordinators. She oversees research, development, and implementation of all media strategies – Traditional, Non-Traditional and Digital.
Rachael brings with her a wealth of knowledge from 10+ years’ experience in strategic development, negotiation and execution of media plans and account management. She has negotiated and placed media in 90+ local buying markets in addition to nationally. She has worked with clients in a wide range of verticals including Financial, Healthcare, Higher Education, Telecommunications, Non-profit, Retail and Service industries.
Rachael studied Business and Corporate Communications at Elizabethtown College. In her personal time she enjoys travelling, cooking/eating, skiing and spending time with her large family.

Brian Kiskis has been providing strong agency based media solutions for clients in both traditional and digital/online categories for over a decade and is the former Vice President of Media Operations for a New Jersey based agency. His new appointment underscores Target Media’s dedication to providing clients with top flight talent to evaluate new and emerging media technologies. In this new role, he will be tasked with providing clients with the most effective mix of paid, earned and owned media, in a consultative role.
He is a graduate of Penn State University.

Rossell, a sales leadership executive with regional and national experience, comes to Target Media after serving as a District Sales Manager. She has been a sales executive for over 15 years with over 10 of those years leading digital teams. She has provided effective client solutions on both the national and regional levels for household brands that you would recognize instantly. Her guiding principle has always been...The client’s goals and their customer experience is the top priority!
When she not thinking about new and innovative ways to serve her clients, she enjoys traveling to tropical locations, baking, football, and enjoying time with her husband, Bill and their four children.
She is a graduate of the University of Utah.
