Target Media Accelerates Growth with Appointment of Rebecca Allen as Director of Sales & Partnerships

Harrisburg, PA — September 23, 2025 – Target Media, a leading global innovation and growth media solutions company, announced today that Rebecca Allen has joined the organization as Director of Sales & Partnerships. Allen’s addition marks another significant step in Target Media’s expansion strategy following a series of recent leadership promotions designed to fuel innovation and growth.

In her new role, Allen will lead efforts to identify and develop new business opportunities, deepen strategic partnerships, and strengthen Target Media’s position across key verticals including travel, home services, retail, healthcare, and multicultural markets. She will report to Garey Bell, Chief Growth & Innovation Officer.

Allen brings over a decade of sales leadership and marketing strategy expertise, most recently as Sales Manager at Effectv (the Comcast Cable Advertising division), where she spearheaded cross-market sales initiatives, implemented data-driven strategies, and delivered substantial revenue growth. Known for her collaborative leadership and passion for team development, Allen excels at aligning client needs with powerful media solutions.
