Lamothe brings more than 14 years of experience in media planning, project management, and strategic campaign execution across both traditional and digital channels. Throughout her career, she has delivered innovative media solutions that consistently meet and exceed client objectives, managing fully integrated campaigns for top-tier brands with a focus on brand awareness, customer acquisition, and measurable performance.
In her role at Target Media, Lamothe will be responsible for the planning, buying, optimization, and stewardship of paid media investments across the agency’s client portfolio. Her scope includes hands-on execution across programmatic, CTV/OTT, digital display, audio streaming, social platforms, and emerging media channels, ensuring disciplined investment decisions, operational excellence, and strong return on ad spend.
